Jeremy Boyle
Jeremy began personal training with AET in 2007 and has worked with over 500 athletes and non-athletes since. He has trained athletes at Pepperdine University, Pierce College, El Camino Real High School, Granada Hills High School, Calabasas High School as well as AET Gym in Canoga Park. He has also worked with non-athletes ranging from ages 6-84. Along with his partners, Jeremy’s experience also includes AET Speed and Agility Summer Camp for Kids at Pierce College in 2008, Bell Canyon Boot Camp in 2008, and 2009 West Valley Baseball School Fitness Summer Camp, among many others. Jeremy currently trains clients all across the Los Angeles area as well as training athlete groups and personal clients at AET gym in Canoga Park.

His training philosophies derive from his football playing days; however through diligent learning and practice he has adopted training techniques from yoga, Pilates, core strengthening, holistic fitness, rehabilitation and many others to become an all around excellent trainer. Jeremy’s team athletic experience includes: 4 years of high school football/baseball and 2 years of basketball at El Camino Real High School and 4 years of college football at Long Island University.

Reed Christy

Reed is a certified personal trainer and co-owner of AET.Though he was active in many sports growing up, soccer turned out to be his passion. His past playing experience includes Division I collegiate soccer here in Southern California, amateur level play in the U.S. as well as in England and experience playing in Australia. He now maintains his field presence as a professional USSF referee. His game experience as an official includes the MLS, international matches (including the English Premier League), NCAA soccer and all levels of U.S. youth competition.

As an AET trainer, Reed has worked with all types of athletes and non-athletes ranging in ages from 7 through 78. He is proud to have shown many people the benefits of daily activity.

Patrick McKenna Patrick McKenna is the newest addition to the AET team. He is currently a student at California State University Northridge as a Kinesiology major with an emphasis in Athletic Training. As a child Patrick was introduced early to sports and fitness, and has spent the last 5 years diligently training with AET. Growing up, baseball was his primary focus but he also participated in football, soccer, basketball and track and field.

Patrick’s philosophy as an AET trainer is that with hard work, determination and proper dieting one can reach any personal goal, whether it is weight loss, increasing muscle mass, or improving overall health.
