Our Philosophy

Our training philosophy at Athletic Edge is based on the commitment to holistic training aimed at increased performance. We believe that each individual is unique; there is no “one size fits all” type of training. 

Beginning with an initial assessment, our method has the aim of properly profiling the unique individual in order to offer a customized exercise program with complete conditioning, nutritional and lifestyle support. Our trainers have personally competed at a high level in many sports including, baseball, football and soccer. These first-hand experiences along with continual professional development has led to a proud history of excellent results for a wide range of our athletes ranging from the recreational youth to professional levels.

Currently, Athletic Edge trains many local high school and college athletic teams while also providing corporate and in-home personal training for athletes and non-athletes. We specialize not only in athletic excellence, but also general fitness, weight loss and mentoring.

Our newly designed Athletic Edge training center now allows groups or individuals to select from various training packages at affordable rates. Our gym offers a high performance environment supplied with athletic grade equipment along with dynamic and high impact training zones.
